Can I try an item before I buy it?

Absolutely! Our retail store in Annandale, NSW, is open 7 days a week and you are welcome to come in and try before you buy. Please note that due to space limitations, some stock on our online store may not be in our physical store at all times – so it is best to contact us ahead to make sure that the item you are interested in is ready to try!

 

Are your online prices the same as your in-store price?

Yes! From time to time we do have online-exclusive sales, however all of our standard discounted prices are the same in-store and online.

 

The product I’m interested in is out of stock. When will it be available?

Unfortunately we are currently experiencing high levels of stock shortages and are unable to provide ETA's for many products. You can sign up to be notified via email when the product you are interested in comes back in stock. You can do this on the product page - just click on the orange "Notify When Available" button on the right-hand side of the page and enter your email address.

 

I am interested in a product that is not on your website. Can you order it in?

Sometimes we may have a product in-store that is not yet listed on our website, but if you are interested in something that we don’t currently stock, we are happy to order in for you if it is from a supplier/brand that we deal with. Feel free to contact us if you can’t see what you’re after on our website and we can advise availability and price. Please note that to order in a product, we require either full payment or a non-refundable 50% deposit in advance.

 

Do you price match?

We try our best to offer competitive prices and price match where we can, although sometimes we simply cannot match other stores’ prices. If you see a product advertised elsewhere for cheaper, let us know and we will offer the best possible price that we can. The product you would like price matched must be in stock and from an authorised Australian dealer with a physical retail store.

 

Can I pay with Afterpay/Zip Pay etc.?

Unfortunately at this time we do not accept Afterpay, Zip Pay or any buy now pay later payment solutions.

 

Do you offer laybys?

Yes, we do! See our layby information here.

 

Do you trade-in or buy?

Unfortunately we do not trade-in or buy outright. We do offer a consignment service for instruments and amps that you can read about here.

 

Are your products new?

Unless specifically marked “Pre-Loved”, all products available are brand new and come with manufacturer's warranty. We are not always able to keep multiples of instruments, amps and pedals, so you if you purchase a product, it may have been available in our retail store for customers to try. These are in as-new condition but may not come with original manufacturer’s shipping packaging. Products that have not been displayed may have been removed from their box before dispatching in order to check and/or set up, or we may repackage them where we feel like their original packaging is not sufficient for transit.

 

Do products come with a warranty?

All new products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty period and conditions are subject to individual products, manufacturers and suppliers. Feel free to contact us if you would like specific warranty information on a product.

Second-hand products (marked “Pre-Loved”) are not covered by a warranty, and are only eligible for a refund, exchange or repair if they arrive with a fault that was not clearly communicated to you before purchasing, or if significantly different to what was described.
